Published
The residential development in Calangute, Goa, formerly listed as HIRANANDANI ELEVA GOA, is now named HIRANANDANI ARIA RESIDENCY. The change affects the project name only, and the development continues to be presented on the same page of the Hiranandani Group website.
The project remains a boutique residential offering of 78 homes spread across four blocks on a 5,125 sq m site in Calangute Village, Bardez, North Goa. Under its new name, it is marketed as a collection of 2 and 3 BHK apartments, penthouses and 3 BHK villaments, with pre-bookings having opened in September 2026.
Project details at a glance
The homes range from about 81 sq m to 166 sq m. Among the configurations on offer are 3 BHK apartments of around 81 sq m (877 sq ft), 2 BHK penthouses of 87 sq m (937 sq ft), 3 BHK penthouses of 123 sq m (1,331 sq ft) and 3 BHK villaments of 166 sq m (1,793 sq ft). Pricing for the penthouses and villaments is available on request, while the 3 BHK apartments are offered from Rs 2.5 lakh per sq m onwards.
The project is registered with Goa RERA under registration number PRGO04262718. The developer-marketed possession date is March 2028, and the development is positioned as a New Launch in its pre-booking phase.
Residents are set to have access to a broad range of shared amenities, including:
- A named clubhouse, a main swimming pool and a separate kids' pool
- Private plunge pools or infinity pools in select 2 and 3 BHK residences
- A gymnasium, spa, yoga deck and sauna
- Tennis and squash courts, a billiards room and a pickleball court
- A kids' play area, children's park, library, multi-purpose hall and business centre
- Landscaped gardens, green open spaces, 24/7 security and concierge service
Interiors are planned with premium marble flooring in living areas, wooden flooring in bedrooms, a modular kitchen with granite countertops, and bathrooms fitted with premium sanitaryware and rain shower heads. Pre-wiring for home automation systems is included, along with a walk-in dressing area in the master bedroom.
The location
Calangute is the largest and busiest beach destination in North Goa, and the project sits in a village setting that is well connected by road. Panaji, the state capital, is about 15 km away. Manohar International Airport at Mopa is around 28 km from Calangute and is operational, reached by the NH66 corridor. Dabolim Airport lies roughly 38 to 40 km away.
Goa's wider transport plans are also taking shape. The Mumbai-Goa national highway along the NH66 alignment is being upgraded, the proposed Nagpur-Goa Shaktipeeth Expressway is planned to improve links to the south, and discussions on a metro for Goa are underway with Indian Railways and other central authorities. Statewide, around 50 to 60 IT companies are already operating, adding to the employment base of the region.
The developer
Hiranandani Group is a Mumbai-based real estate group known for large integrated townships, including the Powai and Hiranandani Estate developments in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The project in Calangute is delivered under the Eleva by Hiranandani model, in which the group provides project management and execution expertise to local development partners.
What the new name means for buyers
The rename does not alter the development itself. The site, the 78-home layout, the configurations and the Goa RERA registration remain the same, and the project continues to be presented on the same page of the Hiranandani Group website under its new name, HIRANANDANI ARIA RESIDENCY. Anyone following the project under its earlier name will find the same information in the same place.
