Niranjan Hiranandani Calls for Re-examination of RERA to Strengthen Homebuyer Protections
Hiranandani Group chairman Niranjan Hiranandani, speaking at the National Urban and Real Estate Development Conclave 2026, called for a review of RERA to give it more teeth, following a Supreme Court observation that the law was benefiting defaulting builders rather than homebuyers.
