On 24 February 2026, Hiranandani Communities opened Entartica Seaworld within its premium coastal township, Hiranandani Sands, Alibaug. The facility is India's most comprehensive private watersports centre and the first structured facility of its kind in Maharashtra.

Spread across 225 acres in Nagaon, Hiranandani Sands is envisioned as one of the largest mixed-use coastal townships in Alibaug. The watersports facility spans a 5-acre Eco Centre with a dedicated ticketing plaza, designed as an integrated water-sport experience with a curated food court and premium attractions. Located just 100 metres from the shoreline, the destination is positioned to emerge as India's next international watersports hotspot.
Operational Model and Partnership
Operating under a co-investor business model, Hiranandani retains ownership and licensing of the equipment, while Entartica leads operations. This structure reflects the Group's commitment to positioning Alibaug as an experiential real estate and tourism hub, distinct from pure plug and play development. The facility offers Ferrari Jet Cars and Rolls-Royce Jet Cars alongside high-performance Jet Boats and bespoke luxury Pontoon experiences, each meticulously engineered to redefine maritime recreation in India. Adventure offerings include jet skiing, kayaking, speed boating, paddleboarding, and other water-based sports catering to different age groups and skill levels.
The destination operates daily from 10:00 AM to sunset and is designed to accommodate up to 1,000 guests per day, supported by certified staff, structured processes, and complete safety compliance.
