The project is located approximately 40 minutes from the city's airport, in an area surrounded by natural features such as lakes and hill terrain. The real estate market in Nagpur is being driven by large-scale infrastructure development, including the expansion of MIHAN (Multi-modal International Cargo Hub and Airport at Nagpur), the Nagpur Metro, and the Mumbai–Nagpur Samruddhi Expressway.

In February 2025, Hiranandani Group had announced its entry into Pune real estate through a 105-acre joint development deal with Krisala Developers.
