House of Hiranandani Earns Great Place To Work Certification™ for Jan 2026–Jan 2027, Third Year in a Row

House of Hiranandani Certified as Great Place To Work for Third Consecutive Year

House of Hiranandani has earned Great Place To Work Certification for the third consecutive year, covering January 2026 to January 2027. The certification is based entirely on employee feedback, with 96% of staff affirming it as a great workplace and an overall Trust Index Score of 90%.

What the Certification Measures

Great Place To Work Certification is based on the Great Place To Work Model, derived from 30 years of research into company culture. The certification process consists of two parts: an employee engagement survey and a Culture Brief questionnaire about the organization. Organizations must achieve a minimum Trust Index score of 64.5% to qualify for certification. House of Hiranandani's 90% score significantly exceeds this threshold.

The survey gathers genuine employee feedback, focusing on trust, respect, and camaraderie. Employees' real-life experiences at work determine whether a company earns Certification.

Employee Initiatives and Culture

The company has implemented several employee-focused programs to maintain this sustained recognition. The organization recently conducted mandatory AI tools training for the entire workforce to ensure future readiness. Additionally, House of Hiranandani fosters trust through shared joy and social impact, including initiatives in collaboration with NGOs, quarterly blood donation drives, and events like HOH's Got Talent.

According to the CHRO, Mohan Monteiro, the company remains deeply committed to creating an environment where people are at the heart of everything the organization builds, through investments in learning and leadership development, and fostering a culture of trust, inclusion and collaboration.

Industry Context

Every year, more than 10,000 companies across 60 countries apply to get Great Place To Work-Certified. Job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified great workplace. Additionally, employees at Certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company's profits and have a fair chance at promotion.
