Hiranandani Communities, the township arm of the Hiranandani Group, has launched Hiranandani Aqua Suites, a new residential project in Bagmala, Nagaon, on the Alibaug coast in Raigad district, Maharashtra. The project is now at the New Launch stage and is registered with Maharashtra RERA under number PR1270002501600.
The scheme comprises two buildings with 150 homes spread across 5.72 acres within the Hiranandani Sands coastal township. The homes are compact beachside studio suites and 1 BHK apartments, aimed at buyers looking for a second home or a property that is easy to maintain and let out. Studio suites are offered from 350 to 395 sq ft and are priced from Rs 95 lakh, while 1 BHK apartments range from 520 to 530 sq ft and start at Rs 1.45 crore.
